Location: Meet at the Deer Creek Canyon Park Lot: https://maps.app.goo.gl/vQF47RWA2Qgh9cT1A Background: Volunteers will perform light maintenance work at Deer Creek Canyon. We'll improve drainage to prevent erosion and look for any invasive or overgrown vegetation to manage. Partners and family members are welcome to join; please enter the total number in your party when you register. REQUIREMENTS: Be in good physical condition for hiking. WHAT TO BRING & WEAR: Closed-toe, sturdy shoes are required. No open-toed shoes or sandals of any kind will be allowed. Work gloves Any water/snacks you need Weather-appropriate gear Sunscreen Please bring your own gloves. We might have a few extras but that is not guaranteed.
